Beating Bowel Cancer Raffle

Beating Bowel Cancer Raffle

5.00

Last month my daughter-in-law's mum, Anne Carlin, passed away. Her husband Bill, son Paul and daughter Claire have been fundraising for a charity which meant so much to Anne.... Beating Bowel Cancer.

I first met Anne on a mad night out at a Dolly Parton concert. Crowd control was zero and I was being bustled by large Glaswegian women wearing Stetsons, too much lipstick and ill-fitting rodeo gear. Through this stampede appeared diminutive Anne to introduce herself and I'll never know how she located us through that dark chaos! Typically, she'd bought us tickets as a gift to welcome us to Glasgow. She was the most generous, spunky and courageous person that you could conjure up in your imagination. I count myself extremely fortunate to have shared at least a few years with her.

In Anne’s memory, I am raffling one of my new Beatles Sgt. Pepper limited edition prints throughout September to raise money for Beating Bowel Cancer. These prints usually retail from £350 but this month one could be yours for just £5!

Please feel free to enter more than once. Good luck and thank you.
